Thomas Cherubini Celli, AIA
President

Tom Celli joined his father Mario one year after graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University in 1969 and has been President of the firm since 1985. Throughout his 43+ years in practice, Tom has specialized in education and public buildings. His work is evident at large, public universities such as The University of Pittsburgh and Penn State and at dozens of private, liberal arts institutions. His experience has enabled the firm to become advisors to college presidents on developing technological innovations for teaching, rebuilding business models and addressing student recruitment and retention needs. He served as a faculty member for The National Science Foundation’s Project Kaleidoscope (PKAL), is an active participant in the Council of Independent Colleges (CIC) events and served as a consulting member of the Learning Spaces Advisory Committee, part of the Network for Information Technology in Liberal Education (NITLE). In ‘American Architects’, Mr. Celli was named one of the 300 prominent architects in the United States. Tom is a member of the Board of Trustees of the American University in Bulgaria, a member of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta and has served on the Board of Directors of Catholic Charities of Pittsburgh and the Urban League of Pittsburgh.
William P. Brennan, AIA, LEED AP
Vice President

Bill leads the scheduling and technical design review of all projects. Bill’s love and focus for the past 30 years has been the preservation, restoration and adaptive reuse of many local historic structures as well as national landmark buildings. Several of these projects were tax act projects requiring extensive analysis and documentation for National Park Service approvals. Bill joined CFB in early 1999; he was formally the managing principal of an 80 person Pittsburgh architectural firm. Bill is a member of the AIA, National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Association of Preservation Technology International.
Kevin G. Scott, RA, LEEP AP
Principal

After graduating with a Bachelor in Architecture from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, Kevin went on to practice architecture for 10 years before joining Celli-Flynn Brennan in 1998. He has specialized in master planning, education and historic preservation. He is a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Preservation Fund of Pennsylvania.
Kevin acts as Principal-in-Charge of Design.
